Thanks dferreira, you did a great job, and I apologize for my lack of consideration in my post - for those who read it, please forgive me, for those of you who missed it, well, dferreira explains himself below...
Thanks,

WM5SE rev 5.0 without cube and HTCtouch?
I've flashed WM5SE rev 4.0 rom yesterday and what I like is the performance of it, but on the other hand I don't like cube and HTCtouch things.
And here comes my question, what tweeks have you made to the OEM rom?
Maybe you have one with performance tweeks but without cube and HTC touch?
And another thing: I tried wm6 custom roms but my battery lasts only one day, with your rom it's much, much better.
Best regards.
PS. Sorry for my English :P

That said, I am taking issues with the boot screen, some of the 'branding' and other little things.
First off, the boot screen and the desire to give an 'Android' feel. Well, Android does look VERY promising, but this is not a Linux-based machine, and it does not have all the capabilities that Android may or may not end up with. You have a Windows-Based device, you paid good money for it, you must have wanted it, therefore, why try to make it appear to be something it's not. Yes, the Android logo is kinda cool, in a Web 2.0-ish kinda way, but again, you have created a SOLID ROM, why not come up with something that defines YOUR ROM?
The 'Branding' of the device - more over the attempt to look more like an iPhone or early versions of the Android interface that we have all seen on YouTube - Why not set yours apart? Yes, there is lots of money that goes into interface design and human-computer interaction, but there are plenty of lessons to learn from other companies that have spent a lot of money in research.
What I am getting at is that there is something about a light-colored interface that is so far overlooked in these days of customizing screens and such. There is a reason that when you go to the Programs or Settings screens, or any of the default screens, they are mostly white - Palm did this when they started in with colored devices, white is a good background color! These days of Web 2.0 - people are starting to come back around to the idea of whitespace, and not cramming so much into view.
With such small screens, cramming more and more info can clutter, making the device seem much more complex than it should be. But even with clutter, a clear understanding of color models and contrast/whitespace would help to lessen the appearance of clutter by using colors that work well together. The most basic of lessons learned as a graphic designer - Black text on a white background is the most readable.
While this may not seems as sexy as the slick-looking iPhone/Touch/Android interfaces, it could be the most usable, and could compliment the Wizard quite well. Our devices are not black and shiny, thus complimenting a black background, they are silver and a lighter screen actually makes the screen seem larger. Again, the trickery of colors...
Anyways, I do love the performance enhancements, and the features you have cooked into this bad boy - perhaps you should look into collaboration, especially with people who have the resources, rather than a one man show. There are plenty of technically savvy people creating ROMs whose interfaces do not compliment their work, or just look like a first year graphic student designed them.
Take a break, you have done AWESOME work! Take the constructive comments from those using your ROMs and pack it into a team project for creating the next killer ROM for devices that rock - the Wizard is a good device, and with your enhancements, there's not much need to move on to something newer.

Rev 5 is supposed to be clean, meaning no extras or very few. I've put that logo on the bootscreen because I've managed to get the ringtones from it and wanted to give it its credits. It was never intended to simulate it! If it was, I would have made a facejob on it, just like WM6 is. Please, don't lecture me about design... you don't know me and I don't know you... so I won't underestimate your knowledge.
I didn't include the HTC Home Screen because it gave problems and I didn't want anyone to be complaining about weather not working. The CUBE also is not included, didn't make any sense putting it in without the HTC Home Plugin. The ROM is intended for those who would like to give it any appearance they want, meaning reorganizing the home plugins on every order, setting the clock to 12h or 24h. The TodayAgenda enables you to have much more than the standard calendar plugin. The QuickDial also makes it easy to call someone, and the QuickLauncher is configured so that you can access quickly and easily to the most used functionalities of the ROM.
I didn't want a ROM that gave me problems, is fast and also in most part, updated and cleaned up from old apps. If you guys want the HTC Touch feel, you can use the Rev 4. You always have the power of choice, use the one that fits your needs.
Its your choice, not mine. That said, enjoy your Wizard as much as I am right now.

It wasn't perfect, it had its issues, mainly Weather related. Also, HTC Home 1.0 ate your battery off. Using Samsung Clock + Photo dialer + Quick Launcher you have the most functionalities from it, without any headaches, at least for me.

It didn't work perfect, because it would kill the programs running instead of applying your settings...

just downloaded it and started playing with it ... still need a lot of "discovery time" ... looking good so far though :)
In the rev4-thread there was speak about the cube being available as a cab. Is this still on your todo list ?
Or alternatively can you give us a brief insight in how to add the cube to the rev5 ?

C'mon guys dferreira has given you options here you can choose what you want.
If you want HTC plugin, cube, gimmicky stuff etc.. then choose rev4.
If you want a clean and fast rom choose rev5.
I don't want to get at anybody but it seems a few are missing the point.
Maybe rev5 shoudn't have been called rev5 as it's more like a new rom than an updated rev4.
dferreira - Thanks for the choice - so far rev5 has no real problems.
X button still a bit dodgy when I click to exit sometimes it selects other parts of the screen. I will probably replace it with something later.
Battery life is very good so far still 100% been running 12 hours now.

maybe I've expressed it wrong. I do appreciate the work dferreira has put in this and I do get the idea of choice between rev4 and rev5
For me rev4 was a bit over the top when it comes to the amount of included programs. Rev5 is perfect, but I miss the cube. I like the way I could just slide my finger across the screen and select my contacts. especially good when driving.
And since I'm a bit too much of a n00b at this I'm looking for some pointers to get this back.
