When I was in an erea with only 2g data it was taking like 5 minutes to get google home page to load in browser. With this kernel or older tytung about 5 seconds.
actually ever since we first switched to r11beta and final and jw versions my web has been unbearably slow unless on wifi or H
ok tested on speedtest.net The jw kernel was faster on "H" and Hieros kernel was faster on 2g edge and on wifi. Not really that much difference though. Maybe signal is a little more stable with Hieros. Gonna test old tytung r10 and rafpinga 2r0 now.
ok raf 2r0 gb doesnt work. gonna do fresh install of rom then wait for Dorimanx kernel update.

Good!. I hope it resolves any issues I found after install latest rom+patches+kernel...

- After full battery charge, it workd very well: less 1% drain per hour in standby mode. Next full battery charge, almost 25% battery drain after 5 hour standby (night). I don't understand it. Next, same issue. However it appears to get 24h of moderate work with phone.
- After first recharge, robot voice and phone prioritize error. Reboot and all seems ok.
- After unlock conected to wifi, it tooks too much time to get data. Market or time plugin don't get any data from internet. If I open web browser, it begins to navigate ok.

It appears to be some inestable after hour/days of use...

Sounds great, but its only for MAG or cLK too?
I see new kernal have a lot of problems like I/O, USB transfer, Wi-fi. You can fix it or better wait new release of JW_tytung?

Dorimanx, I just flashed 2.7.9, all went well, only 2 problems I found so far... the market app is not installed anymore, and there is google adverts... :-/

First time with Dorimanx rom complete Clean install adhoc wifi not working detecting and then not in range not connected detecting it again !!!

I think my troubles may stem from a dodgy noname sdcard?

Replaced with Samsung 1gb until my 16gb sandisk arrives.

See how it goes?
