I like to flash directly through recovery. Make sure you get the red recovery if you try this method.

What? Don't think Serendipity themes will work on Infused. That rom is based on a captivate or i9000 rom and has different framework and apps.

It can sometimes take a while, but you may need to go back to CWM and reflash the zip and wipe data.

I strongly recommend "red CWM" - from a fully powered-off phone, hold volup + voldown and then hit power. Let go of power once the Samsung screen appears, but keep holding volup + voldn.

This should get you to red CWM if the kernel flashed properly.

Also, if you adb in and get a logcat you can get a better idea of what failed.

BTW, problems with bad flashes should be in the Q&A thread in my opinion.

the bootanimation didnt work for me and i liked the galaxy s one so i copied the bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg and the video folder from 2.0.1 and got rid of the bootanimation that was in the media folder and put bootsamsung and bootsamsungloop there and put the video folder in the media folder also and the video folder got the shutdown folder in it with shutdown.qmg file and it has the galaxys bootanimation and shutdown animation.....
Devices

Galaxy S III : running Triune II

Infuse 4G : running Emancipation 1st amendment

Default Infused V2.1.0 is screaming fast !

Thank you gtg and others who did this...This is the first time I installed a custom ROM and its soooooo fast...I mean how do you guys do it? How can you make it faster than what google/samsung can do? Do you compromise on anything? Everything is soooooo fast...Not just things on phone...even internet is blazing fast...You people are amazing !! period.

Thank you for the Infused ROM...!
