ok i understand you have fully working phone but you not can call (because you not have network) i now you have phone with gsm radio (4xxx) not cdma PR5 right ? you try call 112 gsm working ?

By flashing the cherry ROM it flashes the radio to GSM. To fix it check out BSydz post on Android Forums, it looks to be a very lengthy process.
