To update on v3, I'll separate this into five parts.
1) Quadrant FPS: I haven't noticed much of a difference, but the biggest difference I noticed was in the spinning moon graphics test. I was switching a lot between 28-56, but the numbers generally stayed around 40-56 FPS.
2) Quadrant Scores: I originally got 2,200 max on Quadrant scores for stock ICBINB KH2. Using the v1 tweak wasn't much of a difference from that. Now with the v3 tweak, I can get 2,300.
3) AnTuTu Scores: I got 2D/3D scores of 250/1,000 with the v1 tweak. v3 seems to give me similar scores.
4) Actual Game Performance: I'll use the same examples from my previous post. 1.Dragon, Fly: The performance on this game seems improved from v1. I remained above 40 FPS, and was running on 50+ most of the time, maxing out at 56 FPS. 2.Robotek HD: The lag from the slots is practically gone from v1. The smoothness is similar to Froyo. 3.Cut the Rope: The bubbles seem to rise very smooth now. Using Chainfire 3D with the nVidia plugin definitely makes this better. When I was running all these without it, I was experiencing significant lag. Games were still playable, but the lag could definitely be seen.
5) Phone Performance: Everything is definitely smoother than ICBINB KH2 stock.
Overall, this seems to improve quad scores, and actual game performance is definitely better. However, you MUST get Chainfire 3D with the nVidia plugin. If not, you'll experience game lag.
Thank you dsexton702 for the tweak! Great work again!
