It is an unfortunate problem with the WM build. If you don't mind waiting, you can give my ROM a try, the bluetooth works and it uses Fjtor's kitchen if that's what you like about the features.

alright i'll have to wait then... cos i even tried the 4.3 version in this forum and it had the same bluetooth problem...

Did you restarted the phone once you installed the cab?? It is required for it to work as the registry key that the cab installs it's only checked at startup.

Is it necessary rename the file RUU_Signed_0C0A.nbh? What should be the name?

If you want to put the rom on a minisd, you'll have to rename the nbh to CHEEIMG.nbh
