I don't even know what Short Text is????

I think he's talking about short code SMS messages, maybe? The ones where you send a text to a less than seven digit number to say, vote on a radio station poll or update your Facebook status and so on.

If that's what you mean, no that's not bad. It's part of any cell phone. If you mean something else, then I have no clue.
