So can you guys help me out with this as i am desperate for a decent pair of headphones

Ps. If i can get it on ebay or shipped to india under inr 2000 is also fine with me..

firstly, all phones with mic that's "made "for iphones and blackberrys" won't work. SE recently releases "LifeSound" accessories that are compatible with androids including this hi-fi earphones> http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/prod...#view=overview
OR you can try the new Klipsch Image S4A >> http://www.klipsch.com/image-S4A-headphones
both of which doesn't come cheap though.

I've been looking for those here in México but couldn't find them anywhere. Even when México is one of the countries where they are supposed to be available.

Does anyone has more info on how or where can we buy those earphones?

I WANT >_> !!!!

why does SE give one step forward and two backwards?
the earphones on one handset the earphone piece is perfect volume buttons, next song, answering call, and then next model everything is removed.
where can we buy one of this earphones, that let you skip songs?

guys,

i think i figured out the reason.. Its all down to the different standards that are being followed in the market as of date.

Search for "Nokia Adapter" ( i have added an attatchement)

Its a 4pole 3.5mm female to male adapter which alters the internal wirin to make it work in non apple mobiles.

I got a Jabra Rhythm headset which provides the adapter by default and it works spledidly.

You can get the adapter on ebay for $1 depending on your locality

Now you can use any headset/earphone with and without mic.

Enjoy music to your hearts content

I have a very good Nokia headset for the n97mini which in theory should have the same config as this? It doesnt work directly into the Arc, can you post a link to this adapter?
