If you are coming from another ROM then Yes u need to wipe data. U can backup ur data with simple apps like mybackup pro, etc

im actually using version labelled 1.0_2 cause i had trouble booting version 1.0 i believe

I think you had problem with your data parition when u flashed it the first time & i recommended you to install v1.01 as it formats all 3 partitions.

Anyhow, since you are already using the ROM, so you can directly flash v2.0 w/o loosing your data
