Have to agree here the voice volume is really loud..... had it turned all the way down and my son could still hear the person I was talking to all the way in the back seat.

Still a great ROM!!!!

Was always a Perception guy on the Captivate. Going to wait for this one to get beat up some more and then I will try. DGs stuff is the best.

I'm 90% certain that on phones which do correctly report their current mode, 3G is idle mode while FACH and DCH modes are reported as H. A phone never "idles" in HSPA modes. In fact I'm not sure if FACH mode is ever HSDPA. (Edit: FACH and DCH modes could be remaining as vanilla UMTS, however HSPA is not possible in Idle mode.)

AT&T's stock ROMs hide this in the framework and report everything as H+, even if when you dig deeper into the system you see that the RIL is reporting state/mode changes.
I almost seems like it throttles back when you aren't using data, because as soon as I open my email or a website it jumps up to H+.

My installation of Perception v1 scores about 100 points lower than Cog4 and that is about 100 point lower than CM7 with Antutu benchmark. However, I think this is a really solid build ... just wish I could turn off the overscroll because it feels awkward compared to CM7.

Is it my imagination or is there a new window animation in the browser?
