I use a live wallpaper called "MultiPicture", it allows you to have a different wallpaper or set of wallpapers for each home screen if you want or you could just go with one static image for all, it also has great scaling options.

The softkeys are from a theme I'm using called TransformerBread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1130271

If you want a more Honeycomb look you can use Honeybread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1121144

Thanks for the transformerbread recommendation. I love the size of the soft keys. I had been using honeybread, but that has issues with the status bar. The one thing that's really bothering me is the battery icon goes right up to the very edge of the black status bar. I've attached some screenshots of my homescreen.
