I can barely get 10 write speed. Most if the time 8.9-9.5 write speed

I have an 8GB microSD (Patriot) with class 10, what's meaning of this result?
what's my class of memory Card?
I did test 3 times.
write: 4.5 MB/s & Read:12 MB/s
