JD is a juice drainer so my opinion is best to just use the task manager and if you want to make your wifi sleep when you are not using it just go into settings-wifi and network click on wifi settings press menu choose advance and were it says wifi sleep policy choose wifi deep policy when screen turns off choose that come out and reboot and then you will have some savings on your battery then from wifi...

What the hell, didn't even know that this submenu exists Any more hidden menus in the menus I should be aware of?

The major reason I tried other ROMs, Kernels and modem.bin is because of weak wi-fi I get on stock, usually 70dbm, 30% signal... better than that only if I'm 4 meters or so away from the router.

I don't think the app itself will help but there are some good tips to set up your router that will help signal strength and battery life.

i did not knew about it either...Thank the dev from Siyah for pointing it out on his thread...It makes the wifi sleep when your screen is sleeping also...And when your screen is awake the wifi wakes to. For me it works and no need to install task killer applications and other things.... there are a few more hidden menus but they are top secret

Now THIS is an issue worth solving since the kitchen is an integral part of both Leo's ROMs. I have not used the lirchen much becasue of some of the issues.

I flashed Revolution theme and a few low level features. The rush to Ice cream is not a priority as I like go Launcher with the standard Revolution theme. Keeoning things simple saves a lot of potential issues as well as KNOWING what is happening during every flash. which I can see some people don't understand some things about flashing ,,,,such as clearing Davlik and cache has zero benefit when flashing a Kernel. LOL A basic understanding of how things work will help solve a lot of these frustrating bootloop issues using the Kitchen. It is not the kitchen that is at fault. ts more the people who willy nilly flash from the kitchen not understanding what is happening.

Mixing themes will cause issues. Makes little sense to flash an OC kernel if one doesn't understand what IO scheduling or the various Governess actually do or have a real need for the additional performance other than useless benchmark scores that have no real world indications. .

I decided on using SpeedMod because I prefer CW4 at the moment. and its always been a no frills Kernel (since the Captivate) that just works and is updated and tweaked a lot as well.

My Nandroid back ups are all CW4 created and until I see uniformity in that ability I will stick with the known. I didn't notice any performance differences with the DK kernel worth confusing Nandroid back ups..

2. Zedge(and other sound settings)force closed
3. Internet is so ****yng slow... Now y have drops in my Hsdpa...
4. Gallery... my pics is gone(they r in my files but not in my gallerY

Force closed in almost every game y play

All this after 3 in stall(2 fresh with complete wipe)

Wtf?! LEO pls come back... this dev suck sooooooooooo hard!!!!

I am not sure you could call it "pointing out facts". Sure my time with Leo's ROM 2.6 and 2.7 was limited and now on CRR 2 and have found it as solid and stable as the previous releases. Had some minor issue's which were sorted by a full wipe and since then perfect. Yes there is a lot of complaining here but that is just people's opinions "not fact" and most of the complaints are related to issue's that can be resolved easily if people would search and or read the thread. It seems the ones who don't/can't do this complain the loudest and the ones who have a perfect working ROM just get on with it.

You are always welcome to an opinion and you are welcome to post it but please don't call it fact, it's not, it's your opinion and I get that it's important to you but please remember it probably isn't important to anyone else.

Finally if I was involved in the development of this project and logged on to see the messages that have been posted recently I think I would probably stay away for a while too, you bust you gut to put something out there hoping people would enjoy it and you would have some fun only to be slapped in the face continuously. I have seen other dev's leave projects at this stage due to the lack of respect shown by people who are using their hard work for free.

While I love the ROM I am not what you would label a fanboy just someone who appreciates something for nothing, it's not very often in life you will get something for nothing enjoy it and be thankful.
