Default Network Outage For Detroit, Virginia and DC
I just finished speaking with T-Mobile Technical Support.

As of November 9 at around midnight Eastern time, T-Mobile experienced a large data network outage effecting the Detroit, Virginia and D.C. markets.

They are already aware of the issue and currently has no estimated time of repair.

yeah I noticed it too around 6:30Am this morning in VA. but by the time I had to get ready for work it was already up and working around 9:30 am ... I would of been pissed if it happen during my work day...

Maybe we were getting some new upgrades where they needed the system quiet to make the switch-over!!!
