[Q] Change Identity?

I would figure that once the phone is rooted, we should be able to change the phones identity in oder to trick HTC own unlocking to support this phone, no?

You would think, but it's not that easy.

I doubt it since it probably identifies the phone by the bootloader.

I'm not even sure that'd possible...is it? Side I've never heard anyone ask that before LOL....good idea tho
