Will not work on HD7-R2: you will get a bootloop.

ChangeLog:

Nov.24, 2011 r1.5 changed carriet text to ICS blue, changed status panel pop up clock and dividers to blue. Removed Google search box,added ICS bootanimation.
Nov. 23, 2011 r1.4 managed to decompile systemui.apk(just needed HC3.2 aapt.exe) Themed status bar clock color to ICS! woohoo
Nov.22, 2011 r1.3 framework/ system ui icons. menu and list dividers, a few status bar icons too.
Nov. 19th 2011 r1.1 see changes at TR. Thanks.

I apologize. I did mention this was only tested on r6. What ROM are you on? and wifi/ or 4g please. I was just informed it doesnt work on r2.

if you have a nandroid, try advanced restore and restore system.img only.

Running HC 3.2 stock/rooted.

Wifi only.

It only works on the rom the OP took the original framework came from. He could do it for other roms. BUT(!) if you have the rom on your device its indifferent if wifi or 4g model :b

or make your own variant over at uot.dakra.it and get something that changes the icons like this file, note that the systemui.apk and framework-res.apk came from stock HC 3g
