any one has the drivers for adb that works with alpha 4?
when on gingerbread i can find the device on adb devices, but with ICS it is not there!

Onfortunately, not. Voice search Force closes, while youtube starts the video, sounds works normally, but video doesn't start. :/

In settings, u press on WIFI not the ON button, and them - Add network.

You need to use the Nexus S drivers for this, you can find them in the sdk under Google Driver package name.
