Fist impression was good enough but then my phone felt from my hands inside the car, an reboot appears 1st time since I used custom Roms, then enter to de CWM telling me that is corrupted, so I decided to restart with Xrecovery and flash the CWM to repair it, but guess what? was a mess every single process fail to star, no phone signal, no launcher, etc.... so I decided to restore a backup....of 2.3.7.... :(

i think cwm recovery has an error since it says that it cannot be backed up,hw 2 fix this?
is my problem or this rom is slow?

Don't use CWM. Use xRec for backups. You can restor xR backups with CWM later. ;)
It doesnt matter if it's corrupted. I've flashed GDX using it, and even Alfs Kernel.
No bugs at all.

While I used FroyoPro it was the most FASTEST rom... cuz it's CM6... no lags, 60 FPS all over, and faster multitasking than CM7.

Clean install should help you. P.S: Use xRecovery and do a full wipe

To those who is facing problem with the rom:

All the senior & experienced member does not have any problem with my rom. Some of you are saying there is problem with WiFi, FCs & lag problem. But XDA senior members ensured me that rom is ok. So please follow the instructions properly before report an error.

Follow what instructions?

Can you tell me what you have done of edits to the WiFi? and if it is something i can undo, so i can see if that fixes my wifi issues?

Thanks

    It's based on Froyobread so it's 2.2

    autobrightness fix and a better DSP Manager

    autobrightness problem solved.

    1. copy the hw_config.sh parameters from GingerDX (just the part under "# lm3530 LMU configuration")

    Code:
    # lm3530 LMU configuration
    echo linear > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/br::mapping  # linear exp
    echo 8192 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/br::rate::up   # 8, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768, 65538
    echo 65538 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/br::rate::down # 8, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768, 65538
    echo 250 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/br::limit       # 0 - 255
    echo 19.0 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/br::fsc        # 5.0, 8.5, 12.0, 15.5, 19.0, 22.5, 26.0, 29.5
    echo 30,70,110,150 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/curve::borders
    echo 10,75,120,164,254 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/curve::targets
    echo high-z > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/als::r1      # high-z, 9360, 5560 .. 677.6 (see chip mnual)
    echo high-z > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/als::r2      # high-z, 9360, 5560 .. 677.6 (see chip mnual)
    echo 1024 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/als::avg-t     # 32, 63, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096
    echo i2c > /sys/devices/platform/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0036/mode    # i2c, pwm, i2c_pwm, als, pwm_als, i2c_pwm_als, i2_als

    2. allow light decrease in Cyanogen mod settings
    3. reboot

    ;)

    EDIT: I've uploaded an update.zip with the modded hw_config.sh + a better DSP Manager (In my opinion!). Install via xrecovery. :)
    You need to do step 2 manually.
