This is a working AOSP port of Ice Cream Sandwich to the HTC G1, the first android phone!



remember, I am not responsible if you brick your phone. You must have proper 2708 SPL and radio. Follow the guide!

This is not compiled by me but by stritfajt from AOSP for device tree heroc. He compiled it for armv5te.

Wow this is awesome im so gonna try this on my mothers G1 in the next build.
I love how I have the galaxy S 4G and we barely have any DEVS and yet here the G1 stills alive ,hurray to the first Android phone

I can't believe this has actually been done. I didn't think our dear old G1 could handle it. Well, according to the vid it does seem laggy, but who cares! It's ICS on G1 =D

Awesome work to the dev and thanks for posting. I'm going to go install it and report back =)
