Default [Q] Touch screen misaligned and unable to align it

Well, today, without any reason, the touch screen of my Universal become misaligned, if I press in every area of the screen it transpose as I press on the lower section (where there is the two buttons area, in messages, for example, it transpose as I press "new messages" or "options"). If I try to use the align function (using the hardware keyboard), it isn't able to align the screen, since it continue to move the center that I've to press.
What's happened?
How I can solve it?

Well, in my \Windows\StartUp\ there isn't any file Welcome.lnk
And where I can find the data for Calibration data in registry?

Ok, thanks, I find them, but nothing, they don't solve the problem. Probably it's an hardware problem?

Default Did you resolve your issue?

Tommy, Did you manage to get you Uni aligned again? Here is a thread where I provided alignment data a while ago. If you can get to your registry data by using the keys (ie not the screen to select items) then enter this data and see how you get on.
