Yea, it's a zoom fix although i have no idea what it does exactly...
Installed it already but can't really tell what it improves or fixes

If you zoom in on a captured photo and notice grainy, maze-like patterns within the image itself (this problem is caused by too much sharpness enhancement being applied in bright-light environments), please download and install this hot fix to solve the problem. Sharpness parameters within the photo will then be reduced with only a minimal loss of image sharpness.
