Help anyone ?? ??? ??
use the last method posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...58&postcount=1

I used this method on my Note that I bought from Vivo City and it works very well. Now if you have updated to the latest OTA DXKL1, just grab the new zImage posted by Chainfire on the 1st post in this thread and replace the one found in the tutorial I linked above.

I managed to remove the yellow triangle, eye this does not put the counter to 0

Download stock kernel http://www.megaupload.com/?d=V4L7ZAZ6 JK1
Download mode
flash by Odin on PDA without repartition or anything (1.85 Odin 1.70 gives the error)
Then when you restart and this is the important if you download the rom KL7 CF for root that you have installed the rom and unzip the zImage that what you put out at the root of the phone's internal SD.
You select open CWM and Flash Kernel, and you follow You select the zImage forward.

sorry for my English

Now I need to upgrade my firmware back to KK9 but I don't know where to find that full firmware.

On KL7 atm
So I am guessing no one got cifs working on cf-root kernel?

The CIFS kernel modules I've been using since, is working fine on KL7: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...highlight=cifs

Here's my method of upgrading, assuming you have a rooted Note on previous versions:

1) Flash CF-Root KL7, reboot
2) Copy firmware to external_sd in firmware/ directory
3) Launch CWM and choose to flash with original kernel left intact
4) Reboot and all done

The crap thing on this firmware is, the phone dialer now completely lost the delete button row on 240 dpi lcd density settings!

@chainfire

Sorry if this has already been raised but with every single kernel I have used on my g note cwm has been unable to mount sdcard(external_sd). I have confirmed with other users they are also having the same problem. Can you look into it please
