should i flash Hspl ?

hello, am about to flash my first rom on my htc mozart. Am a noob and just want to know whether i have to flash hspl on my device before i can proceed with the flashing.thank you

Hello, well for first i think u have to post here complete informatio about your phone and OS. You can find it at Settings->Information.
