Love the ROM, phone is very fluid. I am having one odd lag issue. When I hit the multitask button, 80% of the time it takes maybe 1-2 seconds to pop up. After that its silky smooth.

Anyone else? Could this be a side effect of using ADW launcher? I'm also on the James Bond kernel @1.35ghz/interactive, and mild UV.

Everything is great. Feels *almost* about like my GSII did @1.4ghz. Its hard to explain, it feels smoother/more fluid than the GSII did, but opening some things feels a little slower. The browser on the other hand, is so fast I usually laugh when I open/browse a page.

Again, not bitching, love the ROM and the GN. Just wondering whats causing my issue, I haven't really seen anyone else mention it.
My only other issue is with Handcent. (it is very laggy, even lags the keyboard) but it behaved exactly the same on the GSII, so gotta be a problem with the app. I'm about ready to give up on it.

As great as this is, the quality is really low. Any chance you could optimize the vid for our 720p screens?

Sorry, the original animation isn't of higher resolution. So I can't produce higher quality than the original. But the bootanimation is of higher quality than the gif-preview. I think it's quite viewable.

Yeah, its not bad. And its a boot animation. How often you gonna see it??
