Alright, so first things first, I think that LG has a phone support that might possibly be able to restore your phone. I tried it but it didn't have the option for my phone. However, you might have luck. I believe the program is called LGMobileSupport Tool. Once you installed it, click the customer support tab at the top and click recovery and type in your imei. It should recognize your phone and may be able to do a restore to fix your android OS. If that doesn't work, then I see you said you tried to push the files back onto your phone. But did you set the permissions for each file? If you didn't, then those apps that you removed WON'T install. You MUST fix the permissions. See my post above (post 45) and try to make sure you follow that. I believe the com.phone.android FC was something to do with removing one of the LG apps, i think the LG initial setup app, I can't quite remember. Since I dont' have a MyTouch, I really can't help too much but looking at them online, they seem to be similar to each other, so hopefully the files should work. If not, hopefully someone on this forum might be able to make you a copy of it for you. Good luck and just post your update as you work through it.

So i tried the LG support tool but said S/W was not supported so i called LG and they can't help. The only problem i'm having now is an endless loop of FC that wont let me do anything. I tried fixing the permissions and i gave User: RW and rest just Read. but that seemed to make things worse. I don't know how to get ADB working again if the phone won't let me get into settings to enable debugging.
Initially i went to music and tried to download an app via "share" when i long press on a song and loading my Gmail. but now gmail is also FCing on me. i don't know what's going on!
Can adb still be used or can debugging be enabled externally?

This is why I am hoping for a custom recovery soon. You can try adb but my previous phones had a custom recover and/or fastboot working so I was never in your shoes. Good luck!

I talked to T-Mobile about my data issues and they found the problem so it's all good. I also been trying out games like GTA III. The game runs fine except right after the very first mission, the game freezes. I mean the game freezes and then my phone completely freezes so I have to do a battery pull. Any suggestions on good games that will look good on this screen? I tried NOVA 1 but it looked weird on this screen's resolution.

so i was able to re-enable Debugging using the ONLY app that worked on the phone that i has previously removed lol the Genius Car Mode and said OPEN SETTINGS haha i was like omg thats so simple but it worked im now back on ADB with superuser privilages! now i just need someone to tell me how and What permissions to give the "System" apps.

Well, then your best bet is to ask around for a backup of the system/app section and copy those files back into your own system/app section. Once you do that, then change the permissions, and then do a full factory restore. The permissions for each apk and obex file should be owner read, owner write, and the other 2 should be read only. You can check your other files that you know that you didn't delete for sure and it should be exactly that. I'm assuming that the files for the mytouch q are incompatible with the mytouch then

Here is my system/app for the LG myTouch (E739). It is not stock but everything is working on my phone. I can't remember what I removed but I believe I removed the bejeweled and tetris game that came pre-installed. Push the APKs that you need and set the permissions.

I agree as well. But let's work on the recovery first. Anybody contact razr recovery dev yet.
