Hey ldrifta...

my problem is that i am on Cupcake (1.5) and that i cant use Recovery Flasher. Next thing is that i tried to make a goldcard, got it, and then i wanted to flash another .nbh file but the phone keeps saying: "Main Version is older".... But i am able to get into the recovery/bootloader/system... I tried everything but it doesn't seems like i could get any further :/ I tried so many different DREAIMG.nbh files...

I don't know :| i'm living in europe and it's T-Mobile branded, so i guess it is the UK version... :< This Android 1.5 is running horrible but i can't get away from it, wether through fastboot commands or trying to flash another .nbh image... Always "Unkown Fail!" or "Main Version is older!", although i have a goldcard... Recovery Flasher just isn't working...

I was on vacatation and my girlfriend took a lot of my spare time :b ^^

oOo... hmmm yeah is your keyboard a qwerty or qwertz? you need the uk files and im not sure how to do that one.. i tried to help someone once but no luck with me lol

possibly a bad download of the dreaming.nbh file, have him redownload it, place it on sdcard that is fat32, then power on the g1 holding the camera button. at this point he should see the rainbow screen then a prompt to update. if not we need more info on where he is now (rom-radio-spl) to help

Dang it. Somehow I bricked my G1 following the guide. I have no idea how it happened as I followed the instructions exactly the way they were. I even checked my version etc(step2)... and it was exactly the way it was supposed to be. I can also enter RA recovery or fastboot but I cannot pass through the T-Mobile screen? Any idea? PLease advice

That's odd; can you flash anything in recovery? If you can get into recovery you should be able to restart the process somewhere. Where did you get up to?

If you get really stuck I'm sure you could still restore by flashing the dreaming.nbh file and start again but if you've got recovery installed I'm sure you should have to...
