Dust Vacuum for mobile phones?

Ummmm....small white dust got stuck on my screen and I'm scared of opening the phone...is there a small vacuum that we can use for this matter>?And its kinda annoying.

Not sure if it will help you, but I have seen people make vacuum attachements out of drinking straws. A little putty, a can lid and straw. Or whatever (half a tennis ball works well too).
Like I said, not sure it will help you. I've seen people mention this problem before, and they (and you) should just return the phone. Dust should never get under the screen.
