Yes it's an Evo and of course it's rooted.

Right but the radio/pri update is the only update that is new. NV still has to be lashed through recovery....right???

The best way to flash radios. I hate doing it in Recovery

Worked fine for me, might even be a little faster 3g...

+1 seems better for me too but its snowing/sleet right now so it might get even better when that passes idk.
