Talking Google Maps 5.3 Now Available
hey all, news on the street thanks to an XDA member is that google maps 5.3 is now available for downloading either at the marketplace or as an apk. do visit the following links for the links to the apk and the post, or get your copy from the android marketplace.

I read somewhere that you can select an option to make the maps available when offline, downloading them the first time. is this true?
