HOW To Install
1. Make a Nandroid Backup (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
2. Flash Mike's Superwipe ZIP (MUST)
3. Install Latest 3.32 Firmware (MUST-don't complain if u have random reboots and you have firmware below 3.32)
4. Wipe battery data (HIGHLY recommended)
5. Flash the ROM ZIP (Check MD5 Sum first)
6. Boot and Enjoy

There is no way to go back to defaults after install, I intend to create a separate installer that will restore certain Items, as Items are requested I will compile the list and create an aroma extras pack that will include the default kernel, keyboard and whatever else reasonable comes up.

I have a question! Does the browser has LABs option available in Settings? Mikes Rom doesnt and its hard to find the right HTC browser apk with the labs option for quick controls. The ics stock browser doesnt work well with quick controls. I will download urs anyhow! You seem very passionate about this!!!

can the add ons and kernal be flashed after the su zip? Or should I boot the rom before I add them?
Kernel can be flashed after the Su zip but I think to be safe flash the add on after 1st boot
Oh yeah to get better performance delete cache and dalvik before flashing add on and kernel
