I did not miss that.
The Cygwin was not fully installed, i reinstall it atm. But its ****ing slow...
i dont get it, i have 40.18Mbps download. And the installer is downloading with 54+/- kbps

well I put a custom rom into original_update folder and made another custom rom... but I can't install that new rom always get error

"...
installing update
...
error in ...sdcard/rom.zip
...
installation aborted.."

I make a update.zip from my x8 stock 2.1 system.img, and install via xrecovery and recovery. Both of them say the zip is bad and can't install. But I can cook a customer 2.2 or 2.3 Rom and install it successfully. Why?? I can't find a stock 2.1 update.zip for x8. Doesn't it work for X8 stock Rom??

Guys i installed the kitchen and all is working fine i created a rom but when i flashed it it stuck on the SE logo and never go forward! the original ROM was a working 2.3 Cyanogen custom rom i needed to add some apps to save installing all the apps again and again but it didn't work!


can you please tell me step by step how to base my customization on CyanogenMod Official Stable Mimmi Rom in order to make it work on my phone then upload the full package to XDA??

installation aborted...using cwm mode NAA can't flash the update.zip

edit:
for all that have problems with "installations aborted" it caused by the updater-script of kitchen...and i have solutions for it also it works for me...

1. use aZuZu amend syntax update-script to edify syntax updater-scriptconverter http://azuzu.spice.net.au/tools/SCRI...VERTER/aSC.zip
2. run azuzu converter and then convert the update-script from kitchen working folder
3. go to azuzu "converted" folder then add the updater-script to your update.zip(the modded rom zip) using 7zip(for me)
4. and then flash your modded rom

PS: correct me if i'm wrong...i just wanna share.......thanks to aZuZu for the small tool
