I'm not sure why use this vs clockwork? Instal from zip vs current way img file is the same thing we already have. So why would someone donate for this?

this is not clockwork, or anywhere near clockwork, this is a development tool. this is not to make back ups, or install, this is to create installation files for roms, and as of 1.6 to create advance installations for base, apps, and back ups.

the goal for clockwork is to create a universal rom installer.

the goal of fcm is to create a universal rom kitchen of sorts.

Haha yes exactly..... I don't know why anyone would make that mistake of thinking they are the same. It clearly states that it creates an update.zip (rom style) for flashing. Oh well. On a side note sir, do you have any updates on when the next release is out and if it fixes ICS issues?

1.6 will be out later today, im just waiting to hear back from all my testers, but if im still missing a few later on tonight, i will still release it. i get off from work at midnight, so expect it to be after midnight tonight.

fcm does support ics. since day one. if a particular device is having issues with fcm, i need you to bug it, with a logcat, see maybe whats going on there.

otherwise like i've mention, i cant dev blindly forever. donate towards the purchase of a tablet. thanks

I'm currently waiting on Google.

I submitted the new version into the market, but somehow i ended up with an older version being available for download. hopefully this issue will be solved soon. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Default 1.6 finally!

Some of the testers are reporting errors with the new modes, but changing storage location seem to be working quit good. I will be writing a tutorial on how to properly use all the new modes. Regardless, this new version requires Busybox for app mode, and back up mode. It must be installed on /system/xbin << same location used by cm7 and cm9. I will be releasing a new version tomorrow or Thursday, to fix some of the new mode woes.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
