I know how you feel. It always is pretty lag free for the 5-10 minutes and it doesn't matter what setting its on as long as it's not max and then the lag spikes occur.

Yup GTA 3 is the only game that lags on my Xperia Play but since the last update it runs okay still a little laggy. All the other games work flawlessly.
