Default ICS style Softbutton key

i want this too, i am tired of pressing hard the physical key. so that i think it is usefull to.. they said it will reduce the size of your screen. but i think it will be ok if the softbutton key is as small like in the status bar of cm7 rc5.3

i have a soft button key framework for galaxy mini attached, but it is for cm9, can someone modify it for cm7? please..

Thank you in advance!..
