My point is that at some point all users that want to upgrade their p500s will have to flash the new baseband, so it's a waste of time keeping on developing .32 kernels and old roms based on old baseband.

Flaviopac: Pls kindly show a screenshot. I have never obtained a Neocore score above 60fps(sound off) on 7.2 Nightlies (20 as of yesterday). This is with 480-768 OC. What are the settings that you use for gettings 74 fps?

So is this kernel usable with Nightlies 7.2? I'm kinda confused, because some people say it works but some say it doesn't?!

They use vsync off kernels, which removes the 60 fps lock. One of them I know is Rome, developed by ZackS.

Well you have answered my question You will never go past 58.5fps for Neocore on the default 7.2 Nightly ROM (tested with build 20) with the default kernel. Tested it again today....With bladebuddy enabling stage fright and hw=1 you can push it to 60.7 (sound on) and 63.9 (sound off)...

Hmm...seems that it's true. I tried 7.2 Nightlies(24) with zacks Rome kernel (vsync: off)and I have got 74 fps on neocore with sound off The ROM flies with zacks v 1.3.3 cfs (vsync off) kernel! Seems 7.2 and the new baseband are finally getting there. zacks kernel is definitely better than the default Nightlies kernel.
