Question [Q] I like bigger, super fast phones, what should I buy?

My iPhone 4 has a bum power button and is otherwise functional (i can use it comfortably until i decide to upgrade). I would prefer something larger (nexus prime, galaxy note are both pretty attractive) and running (or will soon run) ice cream sandwich. I can (and probably will) wait till mid june to buy (which i realize is a lot of lead time) so upcoming phones are valid options as well if you don't mind linking me... I am currently an AT&T customer, but my contract will up in june as well so I'm not really married to them, though they've provided me with pretty decent service in the past.

with my iphone, i'm currently grandfathered into the unlimited iphone deal, would really like to tether to my notebook when i feel like it without having to pay for a specific tethering service from a phone provider. in actuality i'd probably use pretty close to 4gb/month or so, sometimes more sometimes less, and i really don't talk on the phone all that much so minimal plans there are just fine (if i could i'd probably just use a sip provider and turn off minutes altogether, but phone companies usually don't do that). I really don't want to pay more than $80/month if i don't have to.

processing power and ram are pretty big for me as well, I like multitasking and multimedia so if i could get something pretty quick quad (or at least fast dual) core would be really nice, preferably with 1gb of ram or so...

so what should I think about picking up and why?

Thanks!

Asus padfone looks very good option. Quadcore cpu with 4.3 inch screen and transforms into a tablet by docking it.

Galaxy Note seems a good choice for me, but if the rumors are true and you can wait for few weeks, you could try to get the HTC Edge:
