plz can you help me...i downloaded it as a mtz file but i dont know how to apply it. im new to miui themes and im downloading an miui rom as i am typing this because its only compatible with that but after that i dont know what to do

Put the mtz file file on your sdcard under miui/themes and use the theme manager app to install it.
