Please help with flashing current RUU

I'm having trouble flashing the current RUU.exe 2.01.605.11. The RUU will say its rebooting to the bootloader, and then error. I've never flashed an RUU this way, I usually flash the RUU zip file through hboot. If somebody could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Im kindof in a bind now, I need to get this phone back to verizon. As of right now, I relocked, tried turning usb debugging on and off. I also have the RUU in my android sdk tools folder, and ran the RUU as admin. Like I said, any help would be appreciated.

I believe there is a PHzip file of it in the RUU thread so you can do it in hboot.

I had the same problem. Check out this thread... Someone hooked me up with a way to pull the flashable file out and it worked perfectly.

Other than that I haven't seen a flashable zip of this version.
