This is an official ROM, so you don't need to unlock the device before flashing. You only need to unlock if the ROM was not certified.

hey there so this is the offical rom right. because right now i got a pharos and it is in chinese and i want it in english so this would be the right rom to use and also if it is can you please send me one where i can download i can't download from rapidshare eheheh thanks
