Just point ODIN or Mobile ODIN at the .tar file after download
NOTE: If flashed with ODIN your flash count will increase and the triangle will appear. Use TriangleAway to remove it.

B) REPACK - Full Wipe - SU - CWM
If you use Mobil-Odin in android and choose the tar file, nothing else to change just flash.
If you use Odin for PC to flash A) or B) YOU WILL HAVE TO DO E) TO RESET COUNTER & REMOVE YELLOW TRIANGLE
If you flash A) THEN YOU HAVE TO DO C) & D) & E) ELSE SKIP TO G)
C) Gain - SU & CWM by flashing CF-Root-I9220_ZC_OZH_LP1-v5.2-CWM5.zip http://download.chainfire.eu/146/CF-...-v5.2-CWM5.zip TX TO ChainFIRE
With Odin for PC select PDA and point to the tar.
D) Put phone in Download Mode - shutdown the phone - VOLUME DOWN + HOME BUTTON + POWER then confirm by volume up then connect usb cable and if recognize OK press start
E) If you flashed anythings with ODIN for PC your flash count will increase and the triangle will appear. like in step C) Use TriangleAway to remove it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1494114
So a quick summary of that ics:
- max CPU speed 1.2 Ghz instead of 1.4
- you can add google apps v7.1 everythings works OK - gmail, market
- Camera, Wifi Faceunlock su all OK
- seems super fast
- browser so so fast
And even if you, like me flash the original leak with mobile odin, then flash only the CF-root 5.2 for it via Odin and get the yellow Triangle and counter increase, you can then reset it via TriangleAway-v1.10.apk.
If you fell too many useless apps in this rom, please do this:

It's the crappiest ****ty **** I ever had on my phone....it's one big disappointment! Let's hope for better things for the Note
This seems like the first ics leak from sammy. Verry good news but I'm wondering why sammobile hasn't said anything about a leak yet.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA App
this rom is for i9220 and so far sammobile only getting leak for n7000..
my advice is better wait for advice from some of the dev to see first the rom if it compatible with n7000 or not.
