Nah, this wouldnt have any effect on causing sense to FC. And yeah, the only thing is you have to unlock to answer. Its the same on all De-sensed ICS builds too.

I get an error when i try to rename the file. it says that its a read-only file so i can't change it =(

upper right hand corner of the screen, click the "R/O'' button (read only) it will become "R/W" (read / write)

Holy balls this is an old thread! Lol

Just remember you will most likely lose the call screen and will have to unlock to answer, there are apps that will auto unlock once call comes in though.
