Question [Q] How to change Boot Animation?
I would like to use the blue animation from this thread
I tried to copy it to /system/media using super explorer but it didnt work. It just changed the AT&T one to the stock Android one. thanks
Current Devices:

Google Asus Nexus 7 16 GB::::ParanoidAndroid

Google LG Nexus 4 16 GB::::ParanoidAndroid

Microsoft Surface RT 32 GB (+ 32 GB SD) + TouchCover::::Windows RT



Retired/Sold devices:

HTC Aria, AT&T Fusion 2, iPhone 3GS, HTC Surround, Samsung Galaxy Note i717, some dumb phones, MID generic tablet, HP TouchPad, ASUS Transformer Pad TF101, ASUS Transformer Pad TF201, Nokia Lumia 900.

I'd like to do this also and I'm wondering if we can find the new CM9 boot animation, seen in this video?

Be Rooted via DaG's root and rename your Boot Animations to sanmi.zip and copy it to System/Media

And reboot

I think his not kernel rooted, only system rooted like me, as for now, no way to change bootanimation with system root.
