its not working on T-Mobile, AT&T GSM. I tried to change to GSM only then reboot, still doesn't get any signal.

maybe, try the command under the tel app: *#*#4636#*#* then in the phone information then choose the option to "gsm auto prl" ..... or try to disable/enable data roaming or try the *#*#2468#*#* command and reboot....

I had a problem with Alpha 7 after I first installed it. I had tried a memory tweak and it FC, bootloop. So I tried to reinstall. At some point the phone would not boot into any mode. Dead. I'm not sure at what point. I had this happen twice before with Verizons extended battery BF6X. So I put the original battery back in and presto, life. Make sure its not a battery charge problem. Good luck.

Here are my ME863 modified files for CM9.

Every ME863 user should be able to use GSM/3G after replace these files after reboot CM9.

libmoto_ril.so -> under /system/lib/
build.prop -> under /system/

note: /system is 2nd system, not the original rom.
