All is working perfectly. Camera, Vid.cam, Gallery. Tried different ways of focusing and no FC reported.
Also email accounts still there, didnt have to reconfigure them.

For anyone who would want try. Might be worth it to reflash IC112 (first IC110 followed by IC111 update of course) then IC120 on top without any wipe. All in 1 go from recovery. Worked for me.
Did exact like this.
NO DATA/CACHE/DALVIK WIPE.
Just installed rom+gapps 010112
No bugs at all.
If Fabio says there's no problem to flash camera+browser 4.0.4 package, i will do it.

- wipe Dalvik and Cache
- flash IC 120
- flash Gapps
- flash 4.0.4 Gapps (from above quoted link)

Not only does it solve the FC but it brings back the zero shutter lag.

Overall, I'm a happy camper again, thanks to Fabio and those contributing to this thread.

Why are so many people having issues with 120?
Makes me not want to flash...

Who successfully updated from 112 to 120?
Did you wipe all?
Or did you flash straight over 112 from the OTA and kept all SMS/mail accounts etc?

Nokia 3310 >> Nokia 8250 >> Nokia 7210 >> Nokia 7250i >> Samsung D900 >> Nokia 6260 >> Nokia N95 >> HTC Touch HD >> Sony Ericsson X10 >> Samsung Nexus S >> Samsung Galaxy Nexus

112 -> 120 update worked with no issues. No dalvik, no cache wipe.
Used the OTA update, but it wont auto update as it is a full rom, you will just get the full rom zip downloaded on your phone.
Reboot recovery, flash 120 (no wipes), then reflash the gapps (010112) which was already on the phone since 112.

DONATE TO ME
That's clear now. If you, guys, flashed the 4.0.4 apps it's pretty obvious that without the proper steps the apps involved won't work.
If you have flashed the 4.0.4 apps, then you should re-flash them again in ortder to solve your problems; else you must wipe the device.

I didn't have the 4.0.4 gapps. I only flashed them after it was reported that it would fix the camera FC.
