I downloaded the sbf Brazil Retail 2.3.6: "4.5.2A-51_OLL-48_SIGNED_STABLE45LAOLYMPGBRETBR_P008_A022_M002_HW pd_Service1FF.sbf"

And when I upgrade in RSDLite says: "Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process.Phone[0000]: Phone is not compatible with multi-interface super-file. (0x703B); phone conected".

My phone is milestone 2 A953
Android Version: 2.3.4
System version: 64.1.22.A953.Retail.en.GB
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-g5db7937a17140@zch68lnxdroid63 #1

I tried to downgrade using "downgrade_for_bl=3.sbf"
but without success

how do I upgrade to version 2.3.6 together?

sorry my english rs

You can try to flash this 2.3.6 BR Retail SBF:

After flash, do a full wipe in stock recovery.

There's no way to root or downgrade for VIVO's rom, you just have to wait until there's a solution

No, the rom from Vivo (and from Personal Argentinian operator) can't be rooted yet. There's some discussion here:
