Thanks! Just ordered the lens from amazon.de with pattex glue and hope its that good as everybody says!

me too encountered this issue,my desire is still in warranty,so can i send to htc to repair?? or the back cover is without warranty?? i'm a little bit confused

im located in india, im also looking for a solution to this camera lens problem, can anyone suggest a new cover which wont have such a lens that scratches easily?
