Anybody get the problem when they sleep and the lockscreen comes up for about a millisecond after the CRT effect?

I understand the state of this rom so please dont hate on me. I just want to know am i the only one or not.

Edit: Back to the previous release, seems to be more stable.

No, they doesn't have to, time is given for codecleaning. 6 months is a bit long though.

droid explorer wont see my phone adb devices lists it why wont droid explora see it?

I also got the issue where the screen flashes when you lock the phone

Hi all, bit of an odd question but I've searched far and wide across these forums and many others and found no solutions, so this seemed a logical next place to ask.

In the default messaging app, the android emoticons appear when triggered by the text [:)] but not by [:)]. The problem I have is that many of the phones my friends use send the [:)] text by default, and this doesn't trigger the app to display an emoticon, which is slightly frustrating. Vice versa, when I send an emoticon to a friend, it does it in the [:)] formatting, which doesn't trigger the image on their phone. Is there any way to alter the default MMS application so that it will display the android emoticons in conversation with the [:)] style of text to trigger it? And likewise, get it to insert emoticons in the [:)] style of formatting? I assume it might involve editing the .apk in /system in some way?

When you lock the screen you get a quick switch on then off i think its a glitch
