Default [SOLVED] Carrier lock

Is there a way to lock your phone back to original carrier? I used SGS4G unlock to unlock device and in doing so it corrupted my IMEI num. I tried using the same app to lock and it still says all locks off. And no i did not have a back up of the efs folder and the phone still works just wondering if it will be an issue if I try to do a handset exchange through T-Mobile. Any feed back would be great
