I searched this thread like crazy but couldnt find my answer. I just purchased the app and am trying to find a way to disable apps.

For instance, I have car home and music start when I get in my car, and I want to be able to scan on the way out to turn both of those apps off. Is this possible in the app or do I have to manually close them?

I saw it asked a few times but never saw an answer

I have some suggestions, if its possible...
It would be possible, have an option to turn OFF/ON/TOGGLE GPS?
Also it would be great, that to be abble to choose from Saved Alarms, and te possibility to turn Off the Alarm.

And a last thing... I dont know if its a bug or is the normal way... When you create a profile... and between both actions, you read another tag, the second action is not made, just the first action is made again.

is it normal that a tag created from the galaxy nexus eg. wifi on/off/toggle, when the tags are used on a nfc nokia or blackberry, it shows up as a URL.

1.) GPS - Sure, working on accessing that now for root users
2.) Alarms - I'll have to look in to what this entails. I assume this info is queryable
3.) Profiles: this is normal. It will be changed for the next release so that profile tracking is independent of 1 off tags.

I've been having issues with the phone reading tags once the tags have been placed on my car dock.

I'll write the tag and test it while still stuck to the paper and it works every time. But once I stick the tag to my car dock the phone only reads it maybe once out of five times. The dock is a universal dock, all plastic. The tag hits the phone on the lower half actually making contact and there is no case on the phone.

Car Home has a setting to automatically stop after Bluetooth disconnects. Set your second profile to disconnect Bluetooth, enable the timeout in Car Home and Car Home will auto stop after n seconds.

Try using the Start/Stop Media Playback toggle in Sounds & Volume rather than launching Music from Applications. It's a toggle, so you will need to have the action in both tags of the profile.

If the above do not work for you, set up tasks in Tasker to kill those apps and launch those tasks as part of the tag.
