Yeah that will work plus the lag could be the apps you may have installed if there syncing or getting data at a specific time etc

I ported this ROM over to the Infuse and it's super fast, no lag, You might want to download CacheCleaner from the market.

Ok maby stupid quastion, doing this for a friend. Own myself a Note.

But my friend hase non rooted 2.3.3 and if i flash this with the recovery build in from factory will that work and is his phone than rooted> Ore i have to root the phone first? If root first pleas send me a link how to.

I am currently running the F1 SGS2 look a like and it is hell laggy, so wanted to go to this one. Went to download and I have to sign up to a file sharing website?!? Are you f*@king serious? What is with that? It's bull****. I guess I will just find a rom that isn't so much dicking around to get on my phone.
